BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS
PAYMENT – Full payment is required at the time of booking. If payment is not received, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and the cancellation policy below will apply.
CANCELLATIONS – All cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellation is received 30 days or more before the arrival date, a refund will be issued minus a 20% cancellation and administration fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, or for cancellations of Early Bird Specials, all monies paid are forfeited.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client is responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss caused by themselves, their guests, or invitees during their stay at Aspen Chalet, including both the apartment and shared areas of the property.
The Client must ensure all guests behave in an orderly and respectful manner. Aspen Chalet management reserves the right to intervene or remove any persons for illegal, disruptive, or offensive behaviour. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Only the individuals listed in the booking are permitted to stay. Guest numbers must not exceed the details provided at the time of booking. Additional guests require prior written approval and may incur extra charges. Breaches may result in eviction without refund.
While all care is taken, Aspen Chalet accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings before, during, or after the stay. Guests are encouraged to secure doors and windows when leaving the premises.
Aspen Chalet does not accept liability for vehicles parked on the property.
Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times to ensure the comfort of all guests and nearby residents.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas.
We strongly recommend that all clients arrange appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes to their stay.
